FOODS TO COUNTER ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
(Foreword: This is the continuation of our response to Jessie James of Sto. Tomas regarding his quest on the foods that could help him counter erectile dysfunction.)
Dear Jessie James of Sto. Tomas,
Alright, Jessie James, I couldn’t blame you if you feel that your world is crumbling down at a young age. You are only 38 to feel this. Often times, it is the quality of life that matters the most rather than quantity.
What is a million years of lifetime if it is only spent in suffering and pain compared to a hundred years of lifetime spent in bliss?
But, don’t worry. It’s not the end of the game yet. You can still bounce and get your life back.
Alright, sit back and relax as you enjoy browsing through the list of the foods that will help you get to your dreams. Here’s the list.
1. Watermelon
What a refreshing fruit! And it may refresh your love life too back into its desirable form. The fruit has a compound that has the same effects as that of medicines used to cure erectile dysfunction. This is the reason why it will revolutionize your sex drive. Well, most of watermelon is of course made up of water, but, it is loaded with lycopene, too. Lycopene is an antioxidant that is really good for your heart, prostate and skin.
2. Oysters
This can boost your levels of testosterone and at the same time, helps with your sex drive. Oysters are rich in Zinc which can really help you in the sex game zone. However, you have to make sure that they are properly cooked or you know for sure where you get them to save you from probable problems in the stomach later.
3. Coffee
That morning cup of coffee may help you start your morning right and may also give your love life the boost it needed. Studies have shown that men who drank two or three cups' worth of caffeine a day are less likely to have problems with their erection. This is because caffeine helps boost the blood flow. But, if you are not into coffee, you can still get the caffeine you need through drinking teas, sodas, and sports drinks.
Again, as much as I want to talk about more foods so you can win this war between your sheets, but since we don’t have a lot of space for all of it now, let me then continue this topic in my next issue. Until then!
