Zablan said the company has not come up with specific number of schools they will partner with but they already held talks with some schools in the region.

Business Solutions said the Smart Digital Campus, which was made available this October is specifically built for educational institutions.

“This is PLDT’s newest suite of wireless solutions redefining the learning experience for students, teachers and even parents with the most advanced digital platforms and Internet connectivity available today,” she said during the Davao launching yesterday.

He was later formally admitted to the WPP but left when President Duterte was on the verge of victory. His WPP status was officially terminated on May 27, 2016. When he was under WPP, Senator de Lima was still the Justice Secretary, under whom is the WPP.

But, the motion claimed that Matobato only met Senator de Lima when he was brought to him by Fr. Albert Alejo SJ, after his voluntary exit from the DOJ WPP.

“The arduous religious journey for personal redemption of accused Matobato, in a bid to expose truth and justice, led him to Fr. Albert Alejo SJ, at a much later critical juncture when the Senate inquiry was already ongoing. It was Fr. Alejo who brought accused into contact with Senator de Lima, who in collaboration later with Senator Trillanes, presented accused in the Senate Inquiry,” the motion said.

Since meeting de Lima, Matobato has been under the personal protection of Senator Antonio Trillanes IV. “From the foregoing narration of events, it is clear to see that since June 30, 2014, or for more than 2 years now, accused has had no gainful employment and no source of income,” the motion read.

It also stated that Matobato has only relied to the help and assistance of his friends and relatives, and of the several religious personalities who provided him sanctuary, and of the WPP of the DOJ.

In a separate interview with Sun.Star Davao, Atty. Sabio said that they now have two options to post bail, one is to secure a barangay certificate of Matobato’s previous residence to enable him to file bail bond in a court in Manila, and two is to personally present the accused before the court. He said the in his personal opinion that it is better if the Matobato will appear in court yet this decision is not yet final.

Judge Mandalupe also set the arraigment of Matobato on November 3, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. KVC (For full story visit www.sunstar. com.ph/davao/)
