THERE’s a news that will make families who dreamt of having a car go mad.

BPI Family Savings Bank has just fulfilled one’s dream of having a car through its Auto Madness series nationwide.

Capping its Davaoleg auto madness event yesterday, November 13, Gerardo “Jigs” C. Ngo, Jr., BPI Family Savings Bank account officer for Auto Loans in Southern Mindanao, shared in an interview with Sun.Star Davao last Saturday afternoon that more car loan applications have been filed in the city in just a span of three days.

“So far, we can really say that this year is bigger and better as compared to our previous auto madness simply because we have more applicants than the usual, we had over 100 loan applicants as of Saturday afternoon,” he said.

The Auto Madness Davao was held in Abreeza Ayala-Mall.

He shared that of the over 100 applications for car loans, about 75 to 80 percent will be translated to sales.

Convenience is now becoming on top of everyone’s priority and bigger chunk of the population in Davao City market are young professionals who have now the purchasing power to own a car.

He cited that low down payment (for as low as P20,000) also contributed to why more and more people are into car possession.

The recently-concluded event was the second wave of mall-based Auto Madness this year.

Loaning a car is also made affordable and easier through special rates and exclusive deals from BPI Family Auto Loan and partner car dealers.

The bank enables one to own their dream car in the soonest possible time through expert financial advice from BPI Family Loan Advisors present in any of the BPI Family Auto Madness sites. They also have fast and easy application process and affordable monthly payment terms.

“With BPI Family Auto Madness, Dabawenyo families may find the best way to make this Christmas season meaningful and complete,” BPI said.

The auto madness brought over 20 car models to choose from the leading car brands including the local dealers of Tata Motors, Suzuki, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Subaru, Foton and Ford, among others. A Cebu-based brand dealer, Jeep, also participated the auto madness.
