Vicki Belo, Hayden Kho to wed in September

HAYDEN Kho and Vicki Belo will be tying the knot in Paris, France, this September.

In an article written by Inquirer Lifestyle editor Thelma Sioson San Juan on Monday, April 24, she revealed that close friends of the couple received a text message informing them of the upcoming nuptial.

"This is Scarlet Snow Belo and I would like to invite you to be present when my parents, Daddy Hayden and Mommy Vicki, get married in our favorite city, Paris," the text message read.

Sioson also quoted Kho on why they finally decided to formalize their union. He said, "We want to do right in the eyes of God."

Kho and Belo have been together for 12 years now and are proud parents to twoyear-old daughter Scarlet Snow.

Belo also has two grown up children, Cristalle and Quark, with ex-husband Atom Henares.

In a CNN Philippines interview last February, Kho recalled that they had instant connection when they met back in 2005.

Belo admitted though that she never thought the relationship will last for years.

“When we got together, in my mind, this is a short term because he’s so much younger,” she said.

The two broke up when Kho was embroiled in a sex video scandal in 2009 but eventually got back together three years after.

Belo said that was the time they both decided to become life partners.

“There was a time we were apart for five months. (I thought) this is it na, but then we keep on getting back together again. That's when we realized why not we think of this for long term instead of just short term,” she said.

Kho and Belo have a 23-year age gap.
