Pre-selling of residences in Agriya starts in Q3
THE residential communities of Agriya, the agricultural metropolis of Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) in Panabo City, are set to be offered to the public by the third quarter of the year.
The nine-hectare land, allocated for the residential component of the mixed-use development, will be divided into a total of 225 lots, a mix of house and lots and open lots.
“We’re hoping to offer it by the third quarter. Once we clear all the whole permitting process, then we’ll be able to start offering the properties to the market,” said Lagdameo.
The units, which are designed by architect John Alegado, follow the California Mission Style Architecture. Amenities of the communities include the commercial shophouses located right outside the residential component, aside from the usual amenities such as swimming pool, open parks, playground, and clubhouse.
Ameria Residential units, with an average lot size of 165 square meters (sqm) and floor area that ranges from 69 sqm to 132 sqm, are available for a P20,000 reservation fee. Only bungalow house models are available for Ameria residences. Selling price plays from P3 million to P8 million.
Agriya Residences, with available bungalow and two-storey house models, are available for a P50,000 reservation fee. The units have an average lot size of 343 sqm and floor area which ranges from 137 sqm to 267 sqm. Selling price for Agriya Residences ranges from P6 million to P15 million.
Both residential components will require 20 percent down payment spread over 36 months covered by post-dated checks. Units will be turned over upon completion of the down payment together with receipt of the loan proceeds through Pag-Ibig Fund or Bank Financing, whichever is necessary.
Agriya is strategically located less than 3 kilometers from Panabo City Hall and 1.7 kilometers from Gaisano Mall Panabo. JPA
