Capabilities, Effectiveness, And Client’s Satisfaction with BIR-Accredited Tax Practitioners in the Davao Region By: Atty. Fidel M. Valdez, Jr., Cpa, Candidate, Doctor of Business Administration:
Over the course of formulating significant decisions that are beneficial to the side of the clientele and the firm, tax professionals placed premium towards the accuracy in forming plans to avoid committing costly errors stemming from reassessment, practice risk and reputation. In the accounting practice, research findings have suggested that an individual’s initial belief on an issue plays a significant role in influencing his successive judgments related to the issue. Todate, there is no existing academic paper
that assesses how BIR-accredited tax practitioners in the Philippines conduct their engagement with their respective clients given their capabilities as well as their effectiveness in rendering their services in an apt manner. It is for this reason that the researcher formulated this proposal, with the intention of soliciting information that is critical in addressing the said gray area and provide a significant contribution to this field of study.
