Seawind nears completion

AMID the hustle and bustle in the city, Seawind Condominium, with a promise of escape to paradise, has attracted more buyers as the development project nears its completion.

Seawind, the maiden condominium project of Damosa Land Inc. (DLI), the real estate and property development arm of homegrown conglomerate Anflo Group of Companies, costs over P1 billion investment and is performing good in sales.

The real-estate developer also launched its sixth and last tower on the last week of October this year.

The construction of towers 4, 5, and 6 will also follow. The entire project is targeted to be finished by 2021.

The six-tower development which boasts of its “progressive” architectural design has also inaugurated its clubhouse last October 28.

The clubhouse, which features a youthful vibe, is designed by Manila-based Architect Job Bernardo of the Artist Space. It just fits perfectly its diverse market dominated by young professionals.
