6 nabbed in anti-drug ops
ZAMBOANGA - Six people were arrested in two separate drug operations in Zamboanga City, an official said on Tuesday, December 5.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Zamboanga Peninsula Director Lyndon Aspacio identified the arrested suspects as Jayvee Sigeue, 29; Jun Mark Sigeue, 28; Virginia Sigeue, 53; Analyn Sigeue, 32; Reynelyn Sabal, 33; and, Elmer Aniñon, 40.
Aspacio said that all except Aniñon were arrested in a drug bust around 11 p.m. Monday in the village of Putik.
Confiscated from the five suspects were five sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth), illegal drug paraphernalia, and P500 marked money.
Cases for violations of Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs), Section 11 (Possession of Illegal Drugs) and Section 12 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia), Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) will be filed in court against the five suspects. SS-Zamboanga
