-

Are you craving for seafoods? How do you want them cooked?

When visiting Davao, these are some of the usual questions that greet my family and friends. I often ask them these because I know that they have been wanting to have a taste of our city’s best seafood menu.

While there has been a bunch of restaurants here that offer several seafood dishes, Dimyum’s Obrero Seafood and Paluto resto could be considered an upgrade.

At the said newest must-visit nook for seafood cravings, you have the liberty to choose which seafood you would like their chef to cook. And, yes, you can also ask them to prepare it according to your desire.

When I and some companions decided to have lunch at the resto, we asked the owner to pick their best-sellers for us. So, we had Singaporean chili crab, salted egg crab, squid in XO sauce, torcillo fish tinola, prawns in ginger onion, and bulad fried rice.

If you would ask me what I love most among the food served to us, I can honestly say that everything just tasted perfect! But, personally, I really devoured the salted egg crab. It felt like it was already my last meal. I simply forgot about my diet... and allergies! It was so scrumptious that I can never stop feeding myself until I felt extra full. Hahaha!

Anyway, aside from what we ordered, they can likewise cook other dishes for you. All you need to do is buy at least 200 grams of each of their available seafoods, and they can cook them for free.

For fish, you may opt as well for Tom Yum soup sinigang, grilled, steamed (either with tausi, soy sauce or garlic), or kinilaw

For seashell, they can prepare Tom Yum soup sizzling (either in ginger onion or chili tausi options), stir fried in XO sauce, steamed (with garlic or XO sauce), and baked
