Franco Mabanta, social media strategist of former senator Bongbong Marcos, is now in the hot seat with his Facebook post proudly declaring that he is in favor of "fat-shaming".

His name is also trending in Twitter because of the number of his bashers.

Also a blogger, Mabanta, posted in his Facebook account on April 8 his pro-fat shaming declaration. Beside him in the photo was his friend, Thistle Guevara who was on a twopiece bikini.

Franco's said he is “100 percent” in favor of fat-shaming in the social media so that the people will be more challenged to stop their “bad food habits.”

His statement goes like this: “After long and thorough thought, I've decided that I'm 100% in favor of fat-shaming. I think the world would be a better place if all these weak minds that are captive to their bad food habits were constantly told to get off their fucking couches and stop little bitches."

He continued that there are many diets and exercise available in the internet nowadays that could prevent people from ballooning and being overweight.

Excerpt of his post include: “Nothing motivates people to get into shape like insecurity. Not vanity, not health, not personal records, not clinical narcissism—NOTHING.

“Also, painstakingly sick of 2018 political correctness and all this 'I'm offended' bullshit.

“You got one body. Take care of it.”
