Dubbed as “Ulat ng Pagbabago”, the governor’s state of the province address will be staged at 1:30 in the afternoon at the RDR Gym and Cultural Center, Tagum City, as among the main highlights of the weeklong celebration of the 51st Araw ng Davao del Norte.

Del Rosario is expected to outline his achievements, particularly the impact of the reform initiatives that he implemented in continuing the legacy of transformative governance.

Sources privy to the preparation of the report said the governor hopes to present his address in a shorter and compressed but more substantive fashion compared to his last Sopa.

The insiders also reveal that the local chief executive will flaunt the feats of his leadership in building up the sense of stability, security and prosperity of the Province, despite the unpredictable local political landscape.

He will tout the contribution of the Province to the new era of change that has swept across the country under the watch of President Rodrigo Duterte.

Del Rosario will enumerate the strides of the Province in championing change according to his ten-point agenda known as B.E.S.T. P.E.O.P.L.E.

These agenda are being implemented following the Abilidad at Malasakit (AMA) (Competi- tiveness and Compassion) leadership branding of the governor.
