MATINA ENCLAVES TURNS OVER SECOND BUILDING

Sun.Star Davao - - THE YEARENDER -

The Matina Enclaves' second residential building is now complete and ready to open its doors to the sprawling complex's new residents.

Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco), Davao City's fast-rising real estate developer, has formally turned over its second condominium building, designated as Building C, on November 21. The eight-level tower is the second of the several buildings set to rise

inside the exclusive Matina Enclaves community located along Escandor Street, Quimpo Boulevard in Ecoland.

"It is our honor and pride to see the completion of our second residential condominium. As a young developer, we are humbled by the overwhelming positive response of homebuyers to our project. With this, we will continue to work harder to improve further in this very competitive market," said Esdevco president Glenn Y. Escandor, who led the blessing of the building.

The blessing was co-celebrated by Father Elvie Bordios, Rev. Jasper Alfeche, and Rev. Ramon Jamora.

Also in attendance during the blessing of the new buildings are members of the Escandor family -- Glenn's wife Michelle Escandor and daughters Inna and Irra -- along with Matina Enclaves project head Gerald Kent Garces and Esdevco staff and contractors.

"After having seen two of our buildings rise, Esdevco looks forward to the completion of the other buildings and producing more real estate projects in the city," Escandor said. The first building was inaugurated last year with President Rodrigo Duterte as guest of honor.
