In three weeks time, we will be celebrating Noche Buena and Media Noche with our loved ones. Some may choose to have it at their homes while others in some place.
If you are in Davao City and looking for a hassle free holiday celebration, Park Inn by Radisson Davao will be having its annual Christmas and New Year specials for families and friends.
This year the hotel’s RBG Bar and Grill has prepared a sumptuous dinner buffet for Noche Buena and Media Noche.
For its Garde Manger, the restaurant has prepared a RBG Grazing Table, which features more cheese, cold cuts, and other components from its regular charcuterie. The grazing table includes chevre, kesong puti, blue goat, queso de bola, emmental, gouda cubes, brie, pastrami, lyoner, salami milano, rosette de lyon, and prosciutto.
A Hummus Station, Cilantro Seared Tuna Canape, and Butternut Squash Soup with Bacon and Apple are also part of the Garde Manger.
For the main course, they have Chicken Parm with Sweet Tomatoes and Davao Cheese, Roast Beef Au Jus with Marble Potatoes and Carrots, and Miso Glazed Catfish.
There will also be a Leg of Ham for Christmas and Lechon for New Year.
A buffet is not complete without desserts. Their spread this year include a Croquembouche Tower, Chocolate Fountan, Mirror Glaze Dome Cakes, Cinnamon Roll Dough Apple Pie, Cronuts, and Log Cake. The also have prepare different cakes for Christmas and New Year.
Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet is pegged at P1,299 net per person. The Christmas Day Dinner Buffet the following day is pegged at P899 net per person. If you come in a group of 5 full paying adults, one person dines for free.
For the New Year celebrations, RBG Bar and Grill will be having a Mardi Gras countdown party with a live band. There will also be a raffle draw where you will get a chance to win gifts and a staycation at the hotel. The New Year’s Eve Countdown Party is pegged at P2,019 net per person.
