LPU Pirates holds clinic

Philippines' National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Season 94 runner-up Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Pirates will hold a basketball clinic today at the Rancho Palos Verdes clubhouse in Mandug, Davao City.

LPU Davao director for administration Joseph Deligero, in an e-mail to SunStar Davao, said they are encouraging the youth to be active in sports. Thus, the holding of the cage clinic to be spearheaded by LPU Pirates coach Topex Robinson along with CJ Perez and his teammates.

The LPU Davao campus, which is part of the LPU Education System founded by President Jose P. Laurel, will open in June.

LPU also has campuses in Manila, Makati, Batangas. Laguna and Cavite. /
