TAGUM CONDUCTS YEARLY FREE CIVIL REGISTRATION
Hundreds of Tagumenyos avail of the free services during the activity.
TAGUM CITY—In observance of this year’s National Civil Registration Month, the City Government of Tagum through the City Civil Registrar’s Office takes part in the celebration by conducting its annual free civil registration activity.
Considered to be one of the office’s highly-anticipated events, hundreds of Tagumenyos flocked at the New City Hall Atrium last February 22, 2019, to avail of the various free services enlisted for civil registration.
Such services include requests for PSA copy of birth, death, and marriage certificates, late registration, consul- tation for correction of clerical errors, Cenomar request and Secpa-PSA request.
Other services offered by the City Civil Registrar’s Office are the Sagop Tagumenyo and “Maling Dokumento Mo, Iwasto Ko” programs, wherein similar services to the civil registration will be conducted in various barangays and schools in the city, aiming to give every Tagumenyo a name and nationality.
The National Civil Registration Month celebration in Tagum will conclude with a free mass wedding dubbed as Kasalan sa Tagum on February 28.
