Galendez-Lim wins in her comeback

Multi-titled Tessa Dianne Galendez Lim emerged champion in her comeback Datba weekly tournament at the SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center Saturday evening.

Lim, who made a hiatus after getting married then giving birth to her firstborn child, hit a total of 667 pinfalls after three games to pocket the cash prize of P1,200.

The two-time SM Millionare's Cup titlist defeated ABS-CBN's Paul Palacio, her brother AJ Galendez and father Art Galendez. Palacio garnered 666 pinfalls while AJ and Art scored 606 and 605, respectively, in the 25-player bowlfest. Palacio went home with P800 while AJ claimed P500.

Lim joined weekly champions Celso Garcia, Gab Velasco and Lee Martin in the monthly finals slated as of yesterday presstime.
