Camella cements Mindanao presence

Augmenting its vertical housing presence in the Philippines, Camella, through its carrying brand for its vertical projects, Camella Condo Homes (Coho), is set to build five projects in Mindanao.

With its extensive land bank in Mindanao, Coho is soon to rise in these areas: Davao City, Davao del Sur; Tagum, Davao del Norte; Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental; General Santos, South Cotabato and; Butuan, Agusan del Norte.

These five projects are part of the developer’s 25 new condominium projects for 2019. It will have 14 new projects in Luzon and 6 in the Visayas.

With the brand’s recent project announcement, COHO is now present in 20 provinces and 25 cities, increasing its condo reach in more areas outside Metro Manila.
