-

Teach your young ones to embrace mindfulness and creativity this summer and enroll them in Mari Yoga & Dance Studio's Kids Boot Camp.

The three-day activity starting April 5 will immerse kids 4-12 years old in movement and the arts through thoughtful yoga, dance, theater exercises. Kids will also learn how to make snacks and assemble bento boxes; there will also be painting and film experiences.

“Through the Kids Boot Camp, we want to give importance to playtime and how this is key to a child's holistic development,” said Alyssa Capuno, dancer and proprietor of Mari Yoga & Dance Studio. “Our movement and creative activities teach kids to be focused and mindful, allowing them to discover new friendships, skills, talents. This is also a good way for parents to spend time with their children.”

Yoga with parents and kids; and yoga animal theater presentations are among the highlights of the Kids Boot Camp.

Registration is P2,500, inclusive of the Boot Camp kit and snacks and drinks for three days. For registration and inquiries, call 0956 967 2096. Mari is located across the Ateneo Matina car park building, Acacia Street, Juna Subdivision. Follow Mari in Facebook.com/MariYogaDanceStudio.
