Davao Light now has cellphone hotlines

Customers may now reach Davao Light through its 24/7 mobile phone lines

Customers of Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. may now reach the electric utility using their mobile phones. This new channel is available to customers 24/7 to cater to any Davao Light related queries and concerns.

Customers may contact Davao Light using the following numbers:

Globe: 0917 – 864-2793

Smart: 0920 – 970-1357

“Having a 24/7 cellphone line will ensure customers that they can reach Davao Light at their fingertips. We want the customers to reach us as fast and easy as possible by providing them with various channels,” Davao Light Assistant Vice President for Customer Services Group Arnold Arsolon said.

This additional service, however, is for calls only. Text messaging is not yet available. Standard prepaid and postpaid rates apply.
