NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the late LEOPOLDO I. LIMOSNERO, who died on December 2, 2021 in Davao City, at the time of his death, left his one-half (1/2) undivided conjugal share over the following real and personal propertie: BDO Regular Checking Account at Banco de Oro - Davao, C.M. Recto Branch, has been extrajudicially settled with deed of absolute sale among his legal heirs, as per Doc No. 141, Page No. 30, Book No. CIX, Series of 2022, under Notary Public Godofredo M. Duremdes III, in Davao City.
