BOF continues ‘regional champ’ journey

STA. ANA ( Pampanga)— Bank of Florida ( BOF) pursues its quest to become the “regional champion” of the rural banking industr y in Central Luzon.

This, after the top rural bank introduced its refurbishe­d Sta. Ana, Pampanga branch on Thursday, together with the presentati­on of its new “BOF Talks” forum where clients Certified Public Accountant Jesus Sigua and lawyer Tomas Llamas of TCL Hatchery shared their success stories with other customers from the community.

BOF’s Sta. Ana Branch, establishe­d in 1993, follows the bank’s Arayat branch introduced recently, in sporting the customerce­ntric, cozy and welcoming homey in terio rs which is part of innovation­s to become the industry’s regional champion.

“We opted to change our look to a more homey ambiance because we wanted to give our clients the best banking experience they deserve. A banking experience like no other that truly reflects our ideals and our commitment of being a caring bank to the communitie­s we ser ve,” said BOF chairman and president Teresa David- Carlos.

She added that BOF wants to give back to its clients the best in ser vice and utmost convenienc­e.

“We want to give our clients that ‘ Wow!’ experience. It is our mission and passion to serve better everyday. And we are just getting started. This renovation is just one of the many improvemen­ts that we are doing to make our service better. Soon enough, you will see Bank of Florida as a regional champion here in Central Luzon,” David- Carlos quipped.

BOF’s Sta. Ana branch is the seventh of its 13 branches to be refurbishe­d and made- over with the hotel- cum- café look.
