THE VALUE OF GOOD RELATIONSHIP

Everyone plays an important role in this stage. We seem to be actors and actresses. Each role is equally important.

Some are designated to become leaders while others are subordinates. Whatever our position be, let us treat it as a mission with purpose.

If we put in our hearts and mind that God is our boss, then we will work wholeheartedly. Administrators cannot do the work alone, they need the effort of their employees and impose the awesome relationship with them if they expect better results.

The positive outcome of any purpose, depends upon the collaborative efforts of the boss and his employees. Authority must be associated with humility. It is not a lose or a failure to be a humble leader, rather it is just PROPER to be one.

It is so inspiring to obey or follow the given instructions when these are said in a soft voice with a gesture of love and concern. The followers then obey with respect. Love, respect, trust and other positive values extended to anybody will inevitably be reciprocated.

On the other hand, when there is no good relationship in an organization, there will be chaos, there will be no good results.

The success of any endeavor lies on the GOOD RELATIONSHIP of the leader, and the follower. As a leader be considerate to your members and as an employee, be responsible and a commendable one.

How progressive, peaceful and wonderful the world will be when good relationship is the utmost reason in doing our task.
