Paul Jake Castillo, Kaye Abad spend honeymoon trip with friends

YES, you read that right. Instead of spending alone time together for their honeymoon, newlywed couple Paul Jake Castillo and Kaye Abad celebrated the early days of their marriage with friends.

The couple and their closest family and friends made the most of the pristine white beach of Mundong Sandbar in Bagongbanua, Tubigon, Bohol.

Among those who traveled with the newlywed were hairstylist and makeup artist Jing Monis, actresses Sue Ramirez and Nikki Valdez, Jay Contreras and wife, Abad’s sister Sarah.

The trip came after Castillo and Abad exchanged wedding vows last December 9 at San Pedro Calungsod Chapel in Cebu City.

The couple decided to tie the knot in Castillo’s hometown of Cebu.

Among those who attended the celebrity wedding were Patrick Garcia and wife Nikka, Valdez, Ramirez, comedians Kitkat and Pooh, Jason Abalos and girlfriend Vickie Rushton, John Prats and wife Isabel Oli.

Nice Print Photography and Exige Weddings, the official videographer of the event, also released the wedding video of the couple.

In the 7-minute clip, Abad could be seen emotional while accepting the flowers and letter Castillo sent minutes before their wedding.

Castillo, on his part, was all smiles during his special day.

The Cebuano TV personality and the actress became a couple in 2014 and got engaged early this year.
