Kean Cipri­ano wants to shift to film di­rect­ing

From be­ing a band vo­cal­ist, Kean Cipri­ano has grad­u­ally rein­vented him­self and turned to act­ing.

In an in­ter­view on "Tonight With Boy Abunda," the 29-yearold re­vealed that he is now try­ing to ex­plore the world of film makin.

While he has had stints on di­rect­ing mu­sic videos be­fore, Cipri­ano said his ul­ti­mate goal is to be able to di­rect his own ful­l­length film one day.

He has re­cently di­rected mu­sic videos for dif­fer­ent artists, in­clud­ing his band Cal­lalily and young singer-ac­tress Alexa Ila­cad.

When asked about the most ful­fill­ing part of di­rect­ing, Cipri­ano said: "'Yong ti­wala 'yong isang ma­ha­la­gang part ng pagdi-di­rect na parang nanini­wala sila sa vi­sion mo and all."

On Christ­mas Day, Cipri­ano will once again be seen on the big screen as one of the cast mem­bers of "Ang Babae Sa Sep­tic Tank II," where he will be play­ing his most cov­eted role-- a film di­rect or.
