Quota joins gift giv­ing for se­niors, chil­dren

CITY OF SAN FER­NANDO— Close to a thou­sand se­nior cit­i­zens and 500 chil­dren were given Christ­mas gifts in a joint event by Quota In­ter­na­tional of Pam­panga and Dolores Barangay Cap­tain Vilma Caluag at the Barangay Dolores Cov­ered Court the other day.

The event was aimed at spread­ing Christ­mas cheer par­tic­u­larly to se­niors and chil­dren of the said barangay. Caluag, who is also past pres­i­dent of the Quota In­ter­na­tional of Pam­panga, said that the event was a way of giv­ing back to the com­mu­nity in time for the Yule­tide sea­son.

Quota In­ter­na­tional of Pam­panga pres­i­dent Myrna Can­las said that the event is part of the or­ga­ni­za­tions ac­tiv­i­ties to end the year. ‘

Quo­tar­i­ans are known es­pe­cially for their ser­vice to dis­ad­van­taged women and chil­dren and deaf, hard-of­hear­ing, and speech-im­paired peo­ple.

Serv­ing and en­cour­ag­ing oth­ers, devel­op­ing friend­ships, and pro­mot­ing in­ter­na­tional un­der­stand­ing are val­ues shared by all Quota mem­bers

Quota In­ter­na­tional of Pam­panga is ac­tive in pro­grams for dis­ad­van­taged chil­dren, bring­ing do­na­tions for the SPED class, among oth­ers.
