6 ve­hi­cles vic­tim­ized by Basag Kotse gang

CAMP OLIVAS, Pam­panga - At least six ve­hi­cles were vic­tim­ized by the so-called “Basag Kotse” group in a park­ing lot of Robin­sons Starmills in Barangay San Jose, City of San Fer­nando, Pam­panga, Fri­day ni ght .

Au­thor­i­ties here re­ported that those were vic­tim­ized by the group were an Isuzu Sportivo SUV (XTM-444) owned by Melinda Clarin, 51, of Barangay San Vi­cente, Apalit, Pam­panga; a Honda Civic Sedan (ZKA-795) driven by Ed Christo­pher David, 26, of Barangay Sta. Ines, Betis, Pam­panga; a Nis­san Juke (OXO-045) owned by Jamir Jazer Salita, 35, of Barangay Are­nas, Arayat, Pam­panga; and an Isuzu Cross­wind, a Ford Es­cape and Mit­subishi Estrada whose own­ers were not im­me­di­ately iden­ti­fied.

Stolen from Clarin were P20,000 cash, BIR ID, UCPB/ PBI/ Land­bak ATM card, jew­elry, credit card, iPhone and from her com­pan­ion iden­ti­fied as Belinda Cabr­era whose hand bag con­tain­ing cash of P2,000 and per­sonal be­long­ings werew also taken.

Stolen from David car were Len­ovo Lap­top, ex­ter­nal hard drive and per­sonal be­long­ings while from Salita were a sling bag con­tain­ing cash of P200,000, Kia rio orig­i­nal key, pay to cash check, Bank of Florida pass­book and other doc­u­ments. David is a sales rep­re­sen­ta­tive.

The three other ve­hi­cles who were vic­tim­ized by “Basag Kotse” did not re­port to au­thor­i­ties their stolen items.

All the vic­tims parked their ve­hi­cles unat­tended at the park­ing lot of Robin­sons Starmills and went in­side the mall. Af­ter a few hours when they re­turned, they no­ticed that their glass win­dows were de­stroyed by uniden­ti­fied men.— Ric Sapnu
