Inane policy. DepEd’s policy to require submission of birth certificate issued/ authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly NSO) is backward, retrogressive thinking by its officials and is harmful to poor students (and their parents) who hope to graduate in time. Why so late to require it when there were four years time to require it? Why block the scheduled graduation rites of the graduating students? Think it over, DepEd and your counterproductive of f i ci al s!

The Bridges of Benevolence Initiatives (BBI) Foundation of living true to its nomenclature and objectives as it has reached out to residents of waterless Barangay Margot in Angeles City by way of donating 1,000 pieces of five-gallon water containers and mineral w at er.
Its chair, Dr. Irineo “Bong” Alvaro was always ready to respond to requests for assistance of Barangay Margot residents through their chairman, Barangay Captain Jose Bagang for the much-needed potable water. Such service, such assistance with a heart!
