PURPOSEFUL LIFE

-

ELOISA P. REYES

“Kanino ka bumabangon?” quoted from an advertisement and caught the attention of the viewers, personally speaking as teachers, “Kanino nga ba tayo bumabangon?” what is really our purpose in life? What are the things we consider before going to bed? What are things we think upon waking up in the morning? Your answers should be: my students, my children, my lesson plan, the forms I need to do and sad to say “you” yes “you” is not on the list, or it is your last priority. You are preoccupied with so many things and people around yet you don’t think about yourself.

But how can we be able to perform the BEST if don’t care our very own SELF, our very own well-being? Being selfless is not a negative attitude, but if you abused it you tend to become stressful and anxiety attacks. Think about!

You are always feeling so tired, down and sick.

This time know the answer on that question for my answer is, “Bumabangon ako para sa sarili ko upang maging kapakipakinabang sa aking kapwa. LEAP FIRST BEFORE YOU LIFT OTHERS! CATCH GOD’S BLESSINGS TO BE A BLESSING TO OTHERS!

Appreciate yourself to be appreciated! Love yourself and you will be loved! Know your worth it cost you nothing! Live life to the fullest and you will live a purposeful life, together with the people around you and see how contagious your influence to them.
