A TEACHER: A GOOD INFLUENCER

Why teachers considered a good influencer because a good leader influenced his pupils or follower. The teacher are the one to motivate and leads among the children. They shaping the mind and attitudes of every children in the lesson teaching everyday. Every child look-up their teacher, a role model. It is very hard for a teacher gain the respect and attention of their pupils.

A teacher plays a critical role to build a harmonious relationship with pupils and parents. A teacher must be a good influencer if he prepares and delivered his lesson effectively. A teacher must influence his pupils through discussion. A teacher must be a good listener. He must always listened to the opinion or sometimes a pupil tell a story about what he experience about the topic they discussed. A teacher must also know his pupils about his family, favorite toys, foods whereabouts of his pupils. If a teacher is a good influencer, he is also a good leader.
