A TRUE LEADER INSPIRES PEOPLE

Everywhere we decide to be with people, we have someone who will bind us together. May it be in the company or in school we choose to work with but as we all know there is no perfect institution.

There is no perfect leader as well. I think it’s not about being a perfect leader that is important in any institution particularly in school. As long as the leaders are open minded and treat their subordinates equally then there will be no problem that cannot be solved.

A true leader is one who puts trust in all his/ her subordinates. He/ She makes them feel that they all have an important role to do in the institution. He/She builds bridges and not walls.

It is not very easy to become a leader but once you become a leader instill in mind the true essence of leadership and that is by being a servant leader. You are not there to act like a boss but a someone who is ready to serve with all humility.

You are there to give everyone’s the chance to shine. You are not there to manipulate but to give what is due to your subordinates/ employees. We cannot please everybody but we should not there to please everyone.

There are leaders in the institution who really please their subordinates/ employees just to get a sympathy or support from them. What it is should be consider by any leader is to think of the common of good and not just the good of some.

There is more harmony in the work place if the leader knows how to handle his/ her employees well. If the leader is very kind and fair toallhis/hersubordinates/employeeseverythingwillworksmoothly.

Everyone are happy working with each other. It is not the doing of a leader to humiliate anyone. He/ She always try to do everything to ensure that everyone is in good hands.

We need a true leader who will help us grow and that is to give us the opportunity to bring out the best in us. That he/she makes us realize that we can contribute for the good of the institution that we belong. And makes us feel that our contribution is very important. He/She is there to support us whatever happens.
