According to reports Mayor Herbert was with the group for the block screening of the said movie. In a post in her Instagram, Kris together with her staff in her Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions [KCAP] had their bonding moment.

“After seeing the trailer of KASAL, i texted @beaalonzo & promised her regardless of how busy, i’d make time to watch. Bonding namin ng girls of KCAP plus @jacksalvador, @alvingagui, @jonathanvelasco__ & DOP Shayne Sarte after our shoots for @unilab ang manuod tonight.”

However, she did not mention anything about Mayor Herbert. Because both of them were watching “kasal”, some netizens the actor returns to the kapuso network. When asked why he made a Kapuso comeback, the 20year-old actor answered, “I need to be home.”

Paul signed a co-management contract with GMA Artist Center yesterday, May 17. It will be recalled that Paul had the chance to join showbiz through the artista search StarStruck Kids in 2004. Miguel Tanfelix and Bea Binene were some of his batchmates back then. GMA Senior Vice President for Entertainment Content Group Lilybeth Rasonable, SVP for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara and PPL President and CEO Perry Lansigan were among those present during his contract signing.

“Yung bond, yung love andito pa rin talaga,” observed Paul in an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com. “Sila pa rin, walang nagbabago. Nagbago lang sa year kasi siyempre naging modern lang, pero lahat yung love lahat walang nagbago, so [I’m] happy to be home.”

It took Paul a year to think about his decision of leaving ABS-CBN to transfer to GMA-7.

“Actually po it took me one year, pinag-isipan ko po talaga pero yun na po yung nasa puso ko, I need to be home na ganun para makatry naman ng ibang bahay.

Pero okay naman po ako sa kabila, gracefully exit naman. Nagpaalam naman po ako nang maayos, so okay po.”

When asked to name the Kapuso stars that he wants to work with in the future, he replied: “Hindi lang siya yung Tito [Dingdong Dantes] ko na nandito. Si Tito Art [Arthur] Solinap din and Tito Carlo Gonzalez, Tita Rochelle [Pangilinan], asawa ni Tito Art. So, sobrang excited na ako na magkasabay-sabay kami sa guestings ganiyan, kahit sa teleserye sana.”

Did he get advice from Dingdong regarding his decision to make a GMA comeback?

“Actually nung na-plan ko na po dun ko lang po siya nilapitan,” he admitted.

“And sinabi ko kay Dad na siya lang kumausap. So sabi niya, ‘very good news ‘yan, kuya.’ Siyempre kasi nandito na rin yung pamilya.”

GMA executive Lilybeth Rasonable disclosed their plans for Paul.

“Siyempre umpisahan natin muna sa round of guestings, magaling naman siyang umarte,” she said about the young star who used to be part of Mulawin (2004) and Majika (2006). So dun natin siya ilagay sa mga drama shows, tapos maganda sana magkaroon sila ng reunion nina Bea [Binene and] Miguel Tanfelix, mga kasabayan niya noon sa StarStruck. I think that would be nice.”
