HAU Comm students among the top interns of PH’s leading TV network
In the recently concluded TV production internship of Communication students at ABS-CBN, three 4th year Communication students of Holy Angel University (HAU), Camille C. De Jesus, Haizel G. Ramos, and Patricia Anne L. Manalo were included in the Top 10 out of 117 interns.
The program of the said TV network, Project 222, welcomed communication and engineering students from various colleges and universities all over the country to let explore the different fields under TV Production, Creative Writing, and Digital Media Development.
The top interns were recognized in the presence of the company’s creative managers and business unit heads. They were awarded certificates, merchandise and the opportunity for future employment.
Other HAU interns bagged special awards; Gabrielle Manalansan won the Best Narrative Concept for a sitcom, Byron Jade R. Bontogon attained the Best Non-Narrative Concept and Best Digital Campaign while Wensie Anne I. Domingo, won Best Digital Concept.
The students said they truly appreciated the learnings and values that they gained in their internship program.
"Our internship here in ABS CBN is a dream come true for all of us. Everything happened in just a snap but everything we have experienced will be forever engraved in our hearts and minds," Ramos stated.
