Changhe Automobile to expand presence in PH via LausGroup
THEREwill soon be a new automotive brand in town and it sports a Chinese badge.
Jiangxi Changhe Automobile Co., Ltd., popularly known as “Changhe Automobile” is planning to expand in the Philippines, through its exclusive distributor in the country, the LausAutoGroup.
The renowned Chinese carmaker is a legend in the Chinese automotive market and known as the builder of the Changhe Mini Van.
To date, the brand’s main products include an extensive line-up of innovative and sleek utility vehicles, passenger cars, multipurpose vehicles (MPVs), and sports utility vehicles (SUVs) with cuttingedge design and technology, as well as a range of light commercial vehicles.
Changhe Automobile currently covers two production bases in Jingdezhen and Jiujiang, China and has three complete vehicle manufacturing plants and one engine manufacturing plant which has an annual production capacity 350,000 vehicles and 150,000 automobile engines.
With its complete industrial chain of parts development, manufacturing, marketing, after-sales service, and import and export trade, it has established itself as one of China’s leading automotive brands present in over 30 countries in Europe, America, Middle East, and Asia.
Its vast overseas export network include Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Ukraine, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, and even up to Peru, Chile, Columbia, Argentina and Brazil, to name some.
Among its recent commendable achievements include having been able to win the National Industrial Brand Cultivation Model Enterprise, China Industrial Enterprise Brand Competitiveness Evaluation and Recognition Enterprise, China Quality Credit Enterprise, China’s Two-in-One Integration Best Practice Unit, and National Automobile Whole Vehicle Export Base awards this year. In addition, it was also hailed as the “leader of the Chinese automobile brand industry” when it was selected as the “national brand plan” by China Central Television ( CCTV) .
Moreover, another feat the Chinese car manufacturer takes pride of are its ongoing research and development (R&D) projects, which are a major step forward as they commit to producing energy-saving and environmental protection vehicles by 2022.
