INVOLVEMENT OF COMMUNITY IN PUBLIC SCHOOL

“Pagkakaisa para sa Handa, Ligtas, at Matatag na Paaralan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan” the theme of the Brigada Eskwela 2018 that visualized during the implementation in Masantol High School.

Every year, teachers, students, school organizations and stakeholders work together to ensure that Masantol High School are ready and safe for learners before classes open, and every year, had always witness the spirit of volunteerism in motion to have quality education for our learners through Brigada Eskwela,

The conduct of Brigada Eskwela is very beneficial to school community most especially to school head, teachers and learners. It saves resources on the part of the school. It is this area that effectively of the school to establish functional linkage and networking to stakeholders is being tested. Since the conduct of this activity is on volunteerism, most resources being used are on donation generation.

It builds unity and cooperation to all stakeholders. With the thought of contributing and cooperating for the welfare of the school where their student study, unity and motivation come internally among them. And with the spirit of Bayanihan, a huge and heavy work becomes smaller and lighter.

Camaraderie among community develop and keep active, and safety of the learners is ensured, the school becomes pleasing and inviting to the eyes of the learners because of its cleanliness and orderliness.

Generally the school is ready and safe to serve all Filipino learners who are dreaming and considering schools as one of the major factors to realize their goal in life.

As a coordinator, one can contribute for the success of this meaningful activity. Community has a big role to engage to lighten the work. No matter how small or big the contribution that one shares, definitely it will have an impact t in the life of the learners. Therefore, in the next conduct of Brigada Eskwela, get out, take part, contribute and participate. Because School and community share and contribution is one of the significant to reach our goal on the learners development.
