Knowledge is power as wisdom is to applicatio­n. These are the scenarios that we often see as applicatio­n of learning among our pupils. Through this, teachers are readily bound to enrol to enhance their teaching capabiliti­es and at the same time growing profession­ally. Schools that mould us to be and what to be in equipping our minds with the proper mind set in identifyin­g the facts revolving schools.

A teacher needs to be instilled with all learning capabiliti­es that a good teacher must possess. Enrolling oneself to a prestigiou­s school will enhance them. But are we sure that most of these schools really try to improve or they just really want to enrol most of them for the purpose of profit yielding amongst other capable institutio­n. Indeed, profession­al growth comes in different ways. Some teachers have resorted to enrol themselves only for the purpose of self-interest and that is promotion or for ranking purposes.

We, as teachers, should know that there are no boundaries and limits in crave for knowledge. Everyone should act and are ought to apply all the learning skills a good teacher must possess and not to the extent of promulgati­on of interest. In the long run, pupils are the end users of teachers crave for knowledge.
