To have a good human relation they are factors that we need to consider it includes leadership; communication; team building; and negotiation, facilitation and mediation abilities. The concept of human relation is generally defined as the capacity to interact and work well with other people. It looks at social dynamics at both the individual and group in order to work effectively and the same time no stress. There several problems and challenges when it comes to conflicts with our coworkers, students, head teachers parents and the people in the community so as a teacher we should possess self-esteem, have a mutual respect, communication skills and a good motivator because of these characteristics may lead to negative situations.
A teacher must have a leadership skill and human relation goes side by side, you cannot choose between them, and you have to choose them altogether. Educational leadership[ de[ends on human relation, it all about relationship at every level, relationship[ with teaching staff, administrative staff and students. Without good relation with teacher it is impossible for a leader to achieve good academic result.
