Igo hand in hand with the challenges in this competitive field. His words fit the bill as they emphasized on transcending the barriers in the world of selling. Roused by Tan’s discourse, NLI team enthusiastically engaged with the vibrant life and wealth coach.

“We all have fears and in the field of sales, we are afraid of rejections. However, we have to overcome them and that’s through learning and practice. Your desire must be greater than your fear and that will make you unstoppable,” Tan enthused.

He also added that, “Positive mindset plus positive action yields a positive result. Hence, always be optimistic even if you already failed. Use your failure as a stepping stone to achieve what you want.”

The midyear awards night, with its theme Rise Above the Limits, marks the culmination of a thriving first half of NorthPine Land. The limelight of the first six months of the company was the Grand Launch of Montana Strands, its newest and stunning retromodern-inspired property in San Fernando City, Pampanga which is the company’s response to the rising housing needs and discerning tastes of the market in the North. It also includes the groundbreaking for the Montana Views Lifestyle Hub which will be comprised of different recreational areas such as: basketball court, fitness center, children’s playground, swimming pool and a WiFi-equipped Lifestyle Center, and the inauguration of Kohana Grove Lifestyle Complex which boasts of a multipurpose hall, viewing deck, basketball court, swimming pool and a play area.

Melody Teaño of Inhouse Group was awarded as the quarter’s Top Property Associate. Meanwhile, Rey Nidua of the same realty was recognized as the Top Property Division Manager. On top of them, K & L Covenant Partner Marketing Co., headed by Kyrie Ching who was also this quarter’s Top Broker, bagged the Phoenix Award, NorthPine’s topmost accolade given to the group with the most outstanding current account, highest booked account and biggest cash collections.

The successful awards night is the first time NLI integrated a special talk for its sales networks. This is NorthPine’s initiative to equip its sellers with the skills and knowledge necessary in the ever-rising competition in the property sector and continuously make more dreams come to life.

n an effort to further strengthen its sales force, NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI), recently championed a motivational talk that will move and help its sellers sustain and protect the company’s lead this year. Chinkee Tan, a renowned personality in the sales arena for his estimable achievements, presided the one-hour session during NorthPine Land’s Second Quarter Sales Awards held at The Palms Country Club, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
