Family Mart opens first two branches in Pampanga

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Japanese convenience store chain Family Mart registered another first as it opened its first two branches in Pampanga over the weekend.

Family Mart Starshop Baliti and Dau were opened by Family Mart officials led by FamilyMart General Manager Roald Yap and franchisee Jennifer GalangLao.

“The launch of Family Mart in Clark Global City represents the culmination of extensive planning and strategy to take the franchise to new heights,” said Yap.

Yap and Lao said that Family Mart offers its strong food offerings aside from the usual convenience store product s.

The opening of Family Mart Starshop Baliti was graced by Dolores Barangay Captain Vilma Caluag while the opening of the Dau branch was attended by Mabalacat City ViceMayor Christian Halili.

Family Mart is the second largest convenience store chain in the world with over 18,000 stores across Asia.

In the Philippines, Family Mart has branches in Makati, Fort Bonifacio, Quezon Ci t y, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay, Alabang, Laguna and Pampanga.

For its Philippine branches, Family Mart offers a modern look of its stores including new uniforms for the crew and additional food offerings on its menu.
