QUALITIES OF A MOTIVATED TEACHER

Students are most affected by the quality of their teachers. Not only do they interact with teachers every day in the classroom, but the quality of that interaction matters for the students’future. A good and a bad teacher can be an achievement in a single school year.
As a motivated teacher in and out of the classroom, he/ she must have the ability to develop relationship with their students to establish and be able to build trust with the students in order to create a safe, positive, and productive learning environment. Listening to student side in whatever circumstance like problem is also a productive relationship between a teacher and student.
A motivated teacher also manifests in his/ her personality the characteristics of being patient, caring, compassionate, kind and sensitive to every students’differences and issues. He/ she always reach out to student’s welfare regardless of what the learners don’t achieve in a particular situation in the classroom and always come up with a solution to end the day . A motivated always understands that the learners have different needs when it comes to learning. He/ she knows the abilities of each learners and the instruction that he/ she gave to them are tailored to every individual needs and abilities. The teacher understands the pace and capacity of the students.
The love of teaching or passion for the work is a quality of a motivated teacher. A dedicated teacher is committed to student success in the classroom and the learner’s future. The teacher is simply being dedicated to the work which means he or she is always willing to help and give, spare time for the sake of the learner. Also dedicated teacher should be able to engage and motivate students to succeed in and outside the school and help them become responsible individual within the society they belong.
