Welcome a young but deserving public servant

-

NINO REYNAN LOPEZ DELOS REYES of Barangay Sta. Ines is aspiring to be a Councilor of Mabalacat City.

Born August 7, 1977 to Mr. and Mrs. Ricardo S. delos Reyes, Nino is a businessman like his father, and is married to Rizza C. delos Reyes.

As a young businessman, Nino endears himself to the youth sector of the city by sponsoring basketball fests and other sports activities, extending full support by way of uniforms and basketballs. He provides moral support throughout the activities and awards prizes and trophies afterwards.

At 42, Nino envisions a progressive Mabalacat City, by way of improving the lighting system and other electrical needs to keep the surroundings safe and welllighted. Progress normally ensues as a result of clear and unobstructive and well-lighted streets. His father, Ricardo, of course, is very supportive of Nino’s plans.

Nino is committed to serve, a visionary and as a young individual, he is energetic and hard working and is ready to fulfill the work of a young local legislator.

His exposure in the business field and his connections would greatly help in his job of crafting ordinances and resolutions beneficial to residents of Mabalacat City.

Nino Reynan Lopez de los Reyes deserves to occupy a seat in the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Mabalacat City.

Is the Commission on Audit (COA) is infallible? Since being shamed by no less than the President due to its strict adherence to rules and regulation as far as public funds are concerned and jokingly said that the auditors deserve to be thrown downstairs as a result of their stingy resolutions, yes, COA is infallible and is doing its mandate to guard public funds against scheming public officials.

The issue of COA’s order to former Mabalacat City mayor Boking Morales is a clear manifestation that it is doing its job. It therefore ordered the return of the P92 million spent on “duplicated” projects already undertaken by the DPWH Pampanga 3rd Engineering District. The same order waas directed to A. L. Vital Dare construction firm and Bernard de los Reyes, former Bids and Awards Committee chair and former city engineer Ramil Canlapan, BAC vice chairperson.

The issue has gained national prominence by way of column articles in the Manila Bulletin, Philippine Star and Manila Standard and by now President Rodrigo Duterte must have read them.
