MARY LOU S. SANTOS

Being human is easy but to act as human we need to consider our relations to the people around us. To have a good human relation they are factors that we need to consider it includes leadership; communication; team building; and negotiation, facilitation and mediation abilities. The concept of human relation is generally defined as the capacity to interact and work well with other people. It looks at social dynamics at both the individual and group in order to work effectively and the same time no stress. There several problems and challenges when it comes to conflicts with our co- workers, students, head teachers parents and the people in the community so as a teacher we should possess self-esteem, have a mutual respect, communication skills and a good motivator because of these characteristics may lead to negative situations.

A teacher must have a leadership skill and human relation goes side by side, you cannot choose between them, and you have to choose them altogether. Educational leadership depends on human relation, it all about relationship at every level, relationship with teaching staff, administrative staff and students. Without good relation with teacher it is impossible for a leader to achieve good academic result. Without the help administrative staff and teachers it is almost impossible to run a school in proper order, teachers are the soul of a school and without the help of them the school would be chaos. Therefore good relations between leader and his school teachers are very important for the improvement of school and the total performance of teacher s.

Teacher student relationship is also very important. A good relation between them will lead the school to better performance and academic achievements, which will be success on the part of teacher-leader, therefore it is their responsibility to provide them better environment where teacher and students could better relationship.
