Some people born leaders and acquire throughout life to develop better Leaders. In countless ways, our life has been made at ease and better-off if we are building connections, to people from all walks of life and make a difference in other people’s lives. Like others, we all have important roles to play and one of which is being a leader, but the question is, how to be an effective and efficient leader? A question often ass by many, is there such a perfect leader in an organization?
Leadership is both a gift and an opportunity, a chance for someone to prove your worth as a leader. It is an important function of management which helps to maximize the efficiency and to realize organizational goals. It is a big opportunity and accountability to achieve worthy affiliation in the learning community. If everyone performs well and if you give and appreciate your people’s need and interest then you will be a more successful leader. It is the enthusiasm to work with others and create an encouraging impact on somebody’s life. A virtuous leader supports those around them, when your people are effective; it is a manifestation on you that you excel as a good leader. One way to become a better leader is to work your leadership skills and to know how to put your heart of what leadership is all about. As John C. Maxwell point of view, a leader who knows the way, goes the way, lead the way. A leader become great not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others. A good leader provides supervision, stimulate, and build morale and a good communicator that can freely share sentiments and feelings without hesitation not hurting other’s feelings and emotions.
Learning how to recognize and execute role commendably is a testimony to yourself and to others that we can become a worthy human being in this society we live in. we need to be cognizant of our vocations and accountabilities. Leader play a vital role in elevation one’s self-worth by leading others towards aiding and initiating positive attitude. In an organization, every person need to be valued and acknowledged. Further on, a leader can make one life more meaningful by trying to put ourselves in other people’s shoes to feel, empathize and experience their afflictions and apprehensions. Understanding them in best way to accept and nurture them. In this sense as a leader, knowing your people and consent them the opportunities to shine and empower them will make them self-assured, struggle and improve more as associate of your organization.
Lastly, be a part of the team, guide them, support and be willing to bond and have a quality time with them. Have fun because reaching out and touching lives as a leader, is a secret of getting along and fostering a harmonious, prolific and loving relationship among the members of the organization.
