HAU-SEA ‘Foam Shredder’ Team meets DOST PCIEERD for 3rd quarter accomplishment meeting

DOST-PCIEERD was represented by Liezl Sueno and Engr. Al Leonardo Beato.

The DOST-PCIEERD team was welcomed by the School of Engineering and Architecture’s Foam Shedder Team headed by the Project Manager Engr. Melani Cabrera; Project Support Staff Dr. Jaypee Pajarillaga and Engr. Wilfredo Infante; Project Coordinator Engr. Kimberly Hazel Serrano; and Science Research Specialist I Engr. Calvin Karl Garganta.

The meeting was presided by Garganta who presented the project time table, fabrication and status updates of the two equipment while Engr. Cabrera presented the commerciality status and its financial highlights. It was followed by Pajarillaga and Infante’s actual demonstration to test its machinability.

Before closing the accomplishment meeting, DOSTPCIEERD assessed all the needed reports and monitoring, evaluated the actual project status versus the workplan.

The Foam Shredder Equipment is projected to end by May 2019.
