Teachers are source of inspiration , where our learners start to think, speak , learn , deliver positively what the goal is. Also, a light to co- teachers that in all ways may be of help in teaching, facilitating, planning and become a true model as to what professionalism is.

Innovating and the use of well thought of and appropriate instructional materials use in teaching and learning will best describe how a teacher focuses on her/ his work and the love being showed , on how our learners become productive citizens and globally competitive.

With the right strategy and instructional material may it be innovative or localized that is aligned with each learning competencies will most likely produce a quality output from the students . The attention of the learners would only be focused on lesson in itself and engaged themselves accordingly to what is expected of them.
