Nanay fully confident in Delta’s leadership

Pampanga Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda has left no doubt about her total confidence in the leadership of her son, Vice-Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, expressing it like a wish for her 68th birthday.
