SERVE WITH EXCELLENCE
JEAN Y. MEMPIN
Whatever our endeavor be, put in our heart and mind to be good at all times. Let us serve with excellence. It is very important to leave a legacy of excellence in our field of profession.
As a teacher, feeding the learners with academic skills is not the utmost responsibility of the teacher, values inculcation must be given priority. Character formation be the first priority to produce better citizen of the society. As always quoted, teachers are role models, then, let us be although it is really eye rising browns to be role models. Our actions and words must be fully, guarded, because what has been done cannot be undone and what has been said cannot be unsaid.
Doing our responsibility as a teacher is truly an accountable vocation. Teaching our learners is associated with mentoring, counselling and other positive action in forming an academically and ethically equipped individual.
If God be our inspiration in performing our obligations as a worker, then there is no doubt that we will doing our best foot forward. We have to exert our efforts, serving beyond the required time. In doing our best, we do tasks wholeheartedly. We have also the thought in the mind that when we begin complaining, that is the start that we are working. When we do our best, God will do the REST.
