CHALLENGE IS ON OUR WAY

It seems that we are now in a very competitive world. Everything comes in just a click of fingers. Almost done in a minute. Technologies and new inventions were here and there. But how about in field of Education, are we that ready to touch and adopt those new technologies , innovations in teaching learning process? “Yes I am”. “Oh I’m about to retire now ,why should I spent my time for that” “really I will, so before I end up my teaching life I come to experienced the world of 21st century learners”. The decision is ours whether we will or we will not. It’s a big challenge for us educators to engage and adopt innovation and difficult to forget on the usual practice we have done.

The time has come and we need to hit the notes of their tune and dance with their music. Opportunities to develop our teaching and learning skills is on the air. Online learning, attending seminars, undergo graduate studies and others do a lot to us. Our willingness must come within so us to be passionate in our doings. If we love what we are doing we are happy and we can do everything in a magical way to impart our knowledge to our learners.

Take the challenge and be a part of millennial. Go out with our comport zone and never be afraid to discover new ideas. As we understand, education is a continuous process of learni ng.
