“Progress requires peace and order. In other words, police. For 28 years and more, you have been part of our mission in creating a safe, secured and progressiv­e San Fernando and Pampanga,” Laus said as he spoke before local policemen.

As Chairman Emeritus of Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc., Laus also noted of the trust and confidence of the private sector in doing business in the province due to strict law enforcemen­t and peace and order in the area.

“As a member of the private and business sector, I can attest to our good relationsh­ip with the police for the many years of serving and protecting the community. I can personally say that they are deserving of our trust and confidence,” he said.

Laus also took the opportunit­y to express his deepest gratitude to the Philippine National Police for their contributi­on in the developmen­t of Pampanga through the faithful performanc­e of their duty of serving and protecting the Kapampanga­n community.

“We owe you a deep sense of gratitude that we can never repay. Saying thank you will never be enough but we know that the community is grateful to the whole police, and we are one with you in celebratin­g your founding anniversar­y,”he said.
