Sun.Star Pampanga - - PERSPECTIVE! -

ALVIN A. LINGAD

Administration in the academe is very essential for a learning institution’s operations and the Department of Education as well, as it ensures schools to function smoothly.

Administration is involved in nearly all aspects of a school’s operation. Academic administrators at the elementary, middle, and high school levels include principals, assistant principals, and other professionals who help operate schools, either on the school’s campus or at the school district or division levels.

Administration in the academe involves coordination of class curricula, budgeting, and assisting in behavior management, among others.

Lastly, academic administration calls for loophole-free operations to keep schools functioning and achieving the goals of education and learning process.
