TThe CSC Pagasa Award is conferred on an individual or group of five (5) members for outstanding contributions that directly benefit more than one department of the government. The DnB Award is given to an individual for performance of an extraordinary act or public service and consistent demonstration of exemplary ethical behavior.

The annual Search for Outstanding Government Workers forms part of CSC’s Honor Awards Program (HAP), which recognizes government officials and employees who have displayed outstanding work performance and exemplary conduct and ethical behavior. The Search guidelines, including the qualification requirements, criteria for evaluation, and required nomination documents, can be found in CSC Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2019 which can be accessed from the CSC website at www.csc.gov.ph.
